One of your technicians by the name of Chris just finished working on my dryer vent. I just wanted you to know he did an outstanding job. For the first time in years my dryer is drying clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Chris was also extremely neat and meticulous about his work. I sincerely appreciated that. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends, and when I get my vent cleaned next year, I'd appreciate it if Chris could be the technician. You're a very lucky person to have an exceptional employee like Chris. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty.
